Delivery & Returns

We want our website customers to feel just as special as our boutique customers do.

All of our parcels are packaged with care and love.

Clothing and some other items are carefully wrapped in tissue paper before being parceled up ready to wing their way to you.


  • An item is showing as in stock, is it really?

    Yes it is! We are very honest about stock levels. If an item is showing as in stock, it truly is. We want to provide our customers with the best service possible and therefore stock products in depth. If for any reason we are out of stock, the item will show as available to order and an estimated time frame for delivery is shown ie 28 days. These are estimates based on usual delivery times from our suppliers. Sometimes they are faster but please assume it will be the time shown. In very exceptional circumstances, delay in production or perhaps a hold up at customs, your item may take a few days longer than estimated. If we are advised of any major delay we will advise you as soon as we know and offer an alternative if appropriate. This is very unusual however and generally your order will be with you in the advised time.

  • How long will my order take to arrive?

    We dispatch every working day excluding Mondays & weekends. Packages are sent first class via Royal Mail so should be with you in 1-2 working days. Larger items including Zuca fames are sent via DPD / Parcelforce so should be with you within 1-2 working days also.

  • How do you package items?

    Currently we send everything in plain packaging. This was a conscious decision as we are aware that orders may be for a gift and if the packaging has branding on, this may be seen by the recipient and alert them to what may be inside!


  • What if it doesn't fit?

    We hope you will love everything you order. We provide size charts on our website so that you can check measurements. If you need any advice please don't hesitate to contact us, we are very happy to help.

    In the event you need to return something to us, we are happy to exchange or refund.

  • How do I go about returning something I have ordered?

    Your legal rights: When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.

    Our policy: In addition to your legal rights, we are happy to accept returns on the following conditions:

    Items must be in their original condition, unwashed, no stains, marks or odours and with original labels attached.

    Items should be returned to us within 14 days of receipt by the customer.

    Returns are at the expense of the customer. We advise using a secure method, ie recorded signed for.

    We are unable to accept tights, socks or bodystockings for hygiene reasons

    Please include your original invoice or a copy and please state what you would like us to do, ie replace with a different size etc. Please note: If you are returning a child size and requesting an adult size there will be a difference in price due to VAT which will need to be paid prior to us mailing your replacement.

    Please return the item to our address which is on your invoice.

    Upon receipt and acceptance, your refund will be made to the card used at purchase within 14 days.

  • I'm ordering as a Christmas present, can I return my order in January?

    We realise Santa is very busy at Christmas and often needs to get gifts early which may mean the recipient being unable to reurn an item for exchange etc within the 14 days. Over this busy time of year, we extend our returns policy to January 8th on orders placed during December only.
