Terms and conditions fusion 168 LIMITED

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on any of the websites owned and run by Fusion 168 Limited (hereafter, known as the company) such as Placing an order (by any method) indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.

The Contract Between Us

By placing an order, you are making an offer which the company can either accept or decline. We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm if your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form (If this does not arrive within 24 hours please notify us). Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The agreement is governed by English law.

Making a Purchase

We accept the following: MasterCard credit card, Visa/debit/credit cards, Maestro, JCB Visa Electron.

Credit Card Security

All our online stores use a 128 bit encryption with SSL. All payments are secure, going via Sage Pay so we do not see or hold your card details. This provides the secure link between our website and your bank to ensure that our customer’s card details are kept secure.

Currencies Accepted

We only currently only accept payment in pounds sterling (£)

Stock Availability

We endeavour to hold stock of as many products as possible. If an item shows as in stock, and the product description doesn’t state a delivery date, then you can rest assured we have that product in stock ready for a quick dispatch.

We aim to process and send your order to you within 1-2 days (excl weekends, public holidays & staff holidays). However please do not order on the assumption that your products will arrive next day, as once posted delivery times are out of our control.

Delivery of Goods to You

We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order; this cannot be changed at a later date.  Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted and in any event within 30 days of your order.  You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you.  Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Refused/returned deliveries may be subject to a return fee; these fees will vary depending on the order and which shipping method was used to send it.  If a re-delivery request is made you will be re-charged the Initial shipping fee, plus any return fee and any further costs incurred by the company.

Shipping and Handling

We will only send items within the UK

Postage and Packing charges for orders within the UK are based on the following rates.

UK Mainland

Maximum Postage via Royal Mail will ne £4.95

Postage is based on weight or volumetric which ever is the greater

Zuca Frames and Larger Boxes will be shown at checkout

All Items are sent by a recorded method of post / courier method 

We always try to keep our shipping costs to the minimum

Other Postage methods are available on request 

Non-stocked items

Due to the variation of sizes and colour choices that we wish to offer and that most of the clothing comes from America and Canada..Orders may take up to 30 days for deliveries and custom clearance (we will contact you should there be any further delays). Please note that available to order items may show as in stock on the site in a different size or colour option, but state otherwise in the description.


1. If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery or of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 10 working days of the delivery of the goods in question by writing to us at Fusion 168 limited

2.If you notify a problem to us under either of the above circumstances, our sole and exclusive obligation will be:  to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods (minus postage costs) in question in whatever way we choose.


3. Except as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of, under or in connection with the contract between us and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under Condition 3 above.

4.. You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.

5. Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded, nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.

Right for You to Cancel Your Contract

You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the seventh working day from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract.

Any cancellations by phone must be confirmed in writing within the permitted cancellation period. If you have received the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us Fusion 168 Limited ,143 Springfield Road, Chelmsford , Essex, CM2 6JW, or, at your own cost and risk  (we strongly recommend tractable delivery) as soon as possible and together with all relative labels and packaging.

We will accept no liability for items lost in the post being returned to ourselves. Please also enclose a copy of your invoice.

If you cancel your contract but we have already processed the goods for delivery you must not unpack the goods when they are received by you and you must send the goods back to us at

Orders which are cancelled after packing will be credited to your card.

Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if: we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered; we do not deliver to your area or country; or one or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers. If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by email and will re-credit your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible. We will not be obliged to offer an additional compensation for disappointment suffered

Return& Exchanges 

All returns must be sent postage paid.  We recommend recorded method of postage as we accept no responsibility for lost or mislaid parcels.  Return postage is non-refundable in any circumstances unless items are faulty or incorrectly supplied. Standard second class postage will be refunded in these circumstances only.

All items for exchange or refund should be returned to reach us within 7 days of their receipt by the customer.  Only faulty items can be considered for exchange outside this period. Items can only be accepted for exchange or refund if they are returned in their original saleable condition with all their tags & labels attached and in their original packaging.


For exchanges; should you require an exchange for an item within the same postage band as that originally ordered, no extra postage & packaging charge will be made.  However, the buyer will be charged a supplementary return postage & packaging fee for exchanges for items in a higher postage band. 

All tights, body stockings, and socks are final sales (due to hygiene reasons). This does not affect your statutory rights. All orders are double checked however if any picking errors occur please inform us within 48 hours from receipt of the order. Printed items may fade with repeated washing.  We recommend all of these e items are washed by hand.  Printed and Rhinestone items cannot be exchanged or refunded after the tag has been removed.

Privacy Policy

It is our policy to respect the privacy of private communication. We will collect personal data only as provided to us during the ordering process, which you agree to supply to us as accurate. Please Note, all payments are secure, going via Sage Pay so we do not see your card details.

The company will not disclose or sell buyers' information to third parties

Events beyond Our Control

We shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by an event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, postal strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems.

Disclaimer for Protection Products

Fusion 168 Limited (hereafter, known as the company) such as warranties are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or the ability of this product to protect the wearer from any specific incident or impact, and the buyer and/or user assumes all risks arising out of or related to the selection and/or use of the product for any activity.  No product, including without limitation products sold by Fusion 168 Limited (hereafter, known as the company) such as can guarantee protection from injury or death in any particular impact or incident. In no event shall Fusion 168 Limited (hereafter, known as the company) such as ,be responsible for incidental or consequential damages or loss of profits or other loss or use of any kind.


We accept no responsibility to any person, persons or property relating to or as a result of misuse, defects or abnormalities, caused by or during the manufacturing or ongoing use of any of our products.

By placing an order on any of our websites you are confirming that you have read and understand and agree to the terms set out or described on this website.
